I'm Dr. Amanda, a Classical Naturopath, speaker, and author profoundly shaped by my lineage of Appalachian women healers. My own battle with Level IV Degenerative Scoliosis and the challenges of medication withdrawal ignited a fierce determination to change my life's course.
